Apparent Age: 30-35 Clan: "Broo-hah" History: LA Vice Detective in the 20's and 30's. Death Certificate in 1935. Was listed as a suspect in a multiple homicide case six months prior. Paper trail ends there, but the photos we have from LAPD match up for positive identification. Referred to as "Sheriff" by the vamps he interacts with, which seem to be ALL of them. Spends much time in the company of Charlotte and Joan. He has apparently continued doing in death what he did in life. Seems policing is in his blood. We've seen him tracking down those who oppose the Court and those who break The Traditions. Abilities Witnessed: Superhuman strength and speed. Excellent detective. Recommendations: This guy used to be a cop and was evidently a good one. He has a sharp eye and has confronted one of our agents already. The agent was immediately reassigned. Watch out for him and keep your distance. Can't risk immediate surveillance as he is very wary of followers. So far our wiretaps have gone unnoticed by him. For now I recommend we don't press our luck by implementing anything else.
