But the name doesn't factor in to any current reports. If my theory linking Primogen status to age is correct, then it's possible that Serena here was an early crime family immigrant. Makes sense considering her current spheres of influence in the city. Several of the union bosses and crimelords are visited by her regularly. Vamps on that list are Gustave Grimes, Hyun Kim, and Truck Tucker. We've also seen her interacting with Conrad Horton outside of regular Council meetings.
