History: Her accent lead us to search records in the deep antebellum South and we found quite a bit. A marriage certificate in Atlanta in 1838 between Clark Dyson and Virginia Latham. Dyson owned a rather large plantation and was a major supplier of cotton and tobacco. He died of scarlet fever in 1844 along with several of the plantation slaves and two of their three children. Virginia ran the plantation until 1848 when the land was lost to creditors. It appears that she then moved to the family townhouse with her teenage son. From there records get very hazy. The townhouse was sold in 1897 to a Michael Warren by Benton & Fisk, managers of the Dyson estate. In 1925, Virginia Dyson is listed as a member of the Board of Directors at the new Seattle Art Museum. And there are several properties in Seattle and Tacoma owned and operated by Benton & Fisk.
This one seems to know everybody. In addition to attending all Courts regularly, we also have her frequenting The Experience Music Project, the Museum of Flight, the Indian Cultural Center and several high-end social functions held every year by the city's mortal luminaries. We know she has close contact with nearly all of the Council members, as well as Laurel Ballard, Leonard Danes and Georgia Danes.
Abilities Witnessed: Can instantly induce strong devotion. Heightened senses.
Recommendations: I had a full surveillance crew on her until she turned and looked right at them. She made no aggressive movements but she obviously knew we were there. We've also seen her looking directly into our hidden video relays long enough to tell us she was aware of them. Curiously enough, she didn't seem threatened by this knowledge. More like amused. Either way I have ordered all crews off of her and moved to a strictly remote surveillance package.
