What's Going On     This is a site dedicated to the Vampire: the Masquerade chronicle Dark Emeralds. Dark Emeralds in set in Seattle, WA. It begins in 1993 and I plan on taking it up to present day within the expanse of the game.     The site itself is told through the point of view of Agent Rick Manning of the National Security Agency (NSA). Agent Manning has been given the assignment of observing the vampire population of Seattle and reporting his findings to his superior back east. Of course any good fan of The X-Files or amateur conspiracy theorist should know that the superiors back east aren't always what they seem. Unfortunately, Agent Manning trusts his particular superior, Walter, and therefore would never think that his information was not being used for the greater good. Prior to this assignment, Agent Manning was like the rest of world and believed vampires to be strictly fictional.     So jump back into the site and check out the Reports he's filed to Walter, or read up on the Case Files and find out who's who among the vampires of Seattle... as least as far as Agent Manning has been able to determine.
