Diary: 01.12.2001 I never believed that I would have the opportunity to see the display of powers that I saw last night. Perhaps most interesting was the effect upon one of the subjects of drinking blood from a number of the elders. He quickly gained a great deal of power that was quite temporary. None-the-less it allowed him to sand and fight Mobea for perhaps ten seconds and even enjoy some success. Among his newly gained abilities he was able to change his shape into that of a lion. Most impressive. It is also interesting that the mere power of the blood allowed him to do this, he needed no instruction, the change simply occurred. Mobea's power is even more than I had thought. She withstood the attacks of six other vampires and even succeeded in destroying one of them.
