Auspex-based

Auspex 3 Dominate 2 (Cost: Medium) (Cannot be learned by non-Toreador.)
Toreador are passionate appreciators of beauty in all its forms. Those with this power can elicit the most meaningful, passionate and emotional moments of a mortal's life and actually experience them.
  • Allows the user to literally experience the most powerful moments of a mortal's life. While this power is in use, the Toreador is entranced as per the Toreador weakness. After the power's use is complete, the Kindred retains a memory of the event in as much (or possibly more) detail as the mortal does.

    Auspex 4 Celerity 1 Dominate 1 (Cost: High)
    Some Kindred can instinctively tell when the powers of Dominate that they are most familiar with are about to be used on them. They can use their supernatural speed to evade their persecutor's gaze.

  • A person must make a resisted Wits roll, difficulty 6, before using Dominate on you. Both parties may add their Celerity, as dice, to the roll. However, this power only protects against levels of Dominate that you already possess.

    Auspex 4 Obfuscate 3 (Cost: Medium)
    The ability to read minds and understand emotions is a powerful one. Toreador with this power can tell which form evokes the deepest emotion in another, and gain some small degree of skill in impersonating that individual.

  • If you succeed on your regular Auspex 4 roll, you can determine which individual is currently most associated in that person's mind with a single emotion you wish to provoke. You gain two dice to impersonate that individual on the same evening.

    Celerity-based

    Celerity 2 Animalism 1 (Cost: Low)
    Kindred with this power have an almost animalistic grace about them.
  • Add one die to movement-based Performance and Seduction rolls.

    Celerity 3 Fortitude 2 (Cost: High)
    Some Toreador have learned to channel their incredible speed over the course of hours rather than moments. While at any moment they move more slowly than they certainly could, they are able to sustain extraordinarily fast movement for much longer than the blood expended would suggest.

  • Use Celerity to perform extended actions, such as painting or speed-reading, about 50% faster. Each point of blood spent lasts for your Celerity rating in hours. However, each point of blood spent only works for a single kind of action; any interruption of more than five minutes or switch of activity requires a new expenditure of blood. This power confers no benefit in combat.

    Celerity 3 Obfuscate 1 (Cost: Low)
    The incredible speed of some Kindred allows them to move faster than the eye can follow.

  • In high cover situations, this power mimics Obfuscate 2, as you dart from hiding place to hiding place. The maximum allowable distance between hiding places begins at five feet and increases by a foot with each additional level of Celerity.

    Presence-based

    Presence 1 Animalism 1 (Cost: Low)
    Toreador who enjoy the company of animals have found it useful to make their pets as attractive as they themselves are.
  • Adds one dot of appearance per level of Animalism to a single animal for a night. Yes, this makes your pets pretty. Useful for winning animal shows or just looking sleek with this season's newest living accessory.

    Presence 1 Potence 1 (Cost: Low)
    While many Toreador scoff at the crudely physical, there are a number of favored arts, ranging from dance to sculpture, where some degree of strength is both necessary and useful. Toreador with this power have simply learned how to twist the raw strength of the Kindred to their own purposes.

  • Add Potence, as dice, to relevant Performance or Expression rolls.

    Presence 1 Potence 3 (Cost: High)
    This power allows the Toreador in question to suddenly become the center of attention by focusing their social powers through the sheer force of their will.

  • Add two dice to all Charisma rolls while this power is active. This is not a subtle power; any other supernaturals present will recognize your vampiric nature.

    Presence 3 Obfuscate 1 (Cost: Medium)
    Some Toreador find it very useful to be able to influence the opinion of others without revealing their own hand in the matter.

  • Allows you to use Presence on an individual, even if they cannot see you at the time, with a +2 to difficulty of the roll. This power only works if they are not aware of your presence.

    Presence 3 Potence 1 Fortitude 1 (Cost: Medium)
    This power provides some of the mortal pleasures that Toreador most miss.

  • Restores sexual function and pleasure. Kindred in the throes of pleasure are at +2 to Frenzy and -2 to Rotschreck rolls.

    Presence 5 Animalism 5 (Path of the Beast) (Cost: High)
    Toreador have occasionally been known to neglect the more martial arts in favor of the social realm. This power allows them to defend themselves socially, even from those who might otherwise be oblivious to their wiles.

  • Allows you to use Presence on someone in frenzy or Rotschreck.
